MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT
Medical Case Management solution is a collaborative process that facilitates recommended treatment plans to assure that the appropriate medical care is provided to disabled, ill or injured individuals. The Medical Case Management program will include, but not be limited to care assessment, including an interview with the injured/ill individual; assistance in developing, implementing, and coordinating a medical care plan with healthcare providers, as well as the employee and his/her family; and evaluation of treatment results.

In order to speed up the emergency response and treatment process, the case is closely followed by our medical team consisting of doctors and specialists. An interpreter and medical report translation in the patient’s own language are also provided.
